The Foundation reserves the right to correct or update website information at any time.
Information provided on this website does not guarantee funding, financial assistance, scholarship eligibility, participation in an event or experience, sponsorship availability, partnership acceptance, or approval of any request.
Foundation support is based on factors that may include mission alignment, charitable purpose, documented need, available funding, eligibility, community benefit, and the Foundation’s ability to provide responsible oversight.
Autumn’s Gift Foundation retains final authority over the use of its charitable resources.
The Support Interest Form allows individuals and families to share information about financial, accessibility, or participation-related barriers they may be experiencing.
Submitting a Support Interest Form does not constitute an application approval, funding award, promise of assistance, or guarantee of future support.
The Foundation may request additional information before determining whether a request aligns with a current or future support opportunity.
Submitting a Sponsorship Interest Form or Impact Partner inquiry does not create a sponsorship, partnership, contract, or financial obligation between the applicant and Autumn’s Gift Foundation.
A sponsorship or Impact Partnership becomes effective only after applicable terms, benefits, recognition, financial commitments, and other requirements have been confirmed by the Foundation and, where applicable, documented in writing.
Sponsorship benefits may vary based on sponsorship level, initiative, event format, availability, and Foundation approval.
Sponsors, Impact Partners, fundraisers, and in-kind supporters may be publicly recognized through the Foundation’s website, social media, newsletters, annual reports, events, or other communications when authorized.
Organizations or individuals may request anonymous recognition where applicable.
Logo placement, promotional recognition, event activation, exhibitor opportunities, and other benefits are subject to Foundation approval and applicable event or brand guidelines.
Individuals, businesses, and organizations must receive approval before publicly representing an independent fundraiser as benefiting Autumn’s Gift Foundation or using the Foundation’s name, logo, or brand materials.
Submission of a Fundraiser Interest Form does not constitute approval.
Approved fundraising activities must comply with Foundation guidelines, applicable laws, and any additional requirements communicated by the Foundation.
Autumn’s Gift Foundation may revoke approval if a fundraiser is conducted in a way that is misleading, unlawful, inconsistent with the Foundation’s mission, or harmful to the Foundation or the communities it serves.
Autumn’s Gift Foundation may accept approved donations of goods, services, venue access, transportation, equipment, professional services, or other noncash resources.
Submission of an In-Kind Support Interest Form does not guarantee acceptance.
Please do not deliver goods or provide services on behalf of the Foundation until the contribution has been reviewed and confirmed.
The Foundation reserves the right to decline an in-kind contribution that does not meet a current need, creates unreasonable cost or administrative burden, or is inconsistent with the Foundation’s mission or policies.
Participation in Foundation events may be subject to separate registration requirements, eligibility criteria, waivers, releases, safety rules, venue requirements, codes of conduct, and other event-specific terms.
Registration does not guarantee participation when capacity limits, safety requirements, eligibility requirements, or other restrictions apply.
Autumn’s Gift Foundation may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary.
Event-specific refund or cancellation policies will be communicated as applicable.
